Mr. Rohit Rishi
Chairman
Mr. Rohit Rishi has over three decades of experience in the banking and financial services
sector. Prior to joining IIFCL, he served as Executive Director at Bank of Maharashtra and
was also Field General Manager (FGM) with Indian Bank, having handled key leadership
and strategic responsibilities.
He has extensive credit experience across a wide range of industries. His work in policy
design and implementation has contributed to strengthening regulatory compliance and
maintaining a balanced risk framework. He has also been associated with the development
of banking products and the adoption of digital and innovative operational frameworks.
Academically, Mr. Rohit Rishi is a B. Tech (Textiles), MBA (Finance) and CAIIB. He began
his professional journey in 1995 with Indian Bank as an Industrial Development Officer and
has since held diverse roles across credit, operations, policy formulation, and product
development.
Ms. Manasa Gangotri Kata
GOI Nominee Director
Ms. Manasa Gangotri Kata holds B.Tech.(Electrical Engg.) from IIT Bombay and a Masters of Business Law from NLSIU, Bangalore. She is an officer of IRS(C&IT), 2007 batch, and has extensive experience in Customs & GST and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. She is currently working as Director, Banking Operations, and International Cooperation for DFS, and served as GoI Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID).
Mr. Venkateswaran Dakshinamurthy

Mr. Venkateswaran Dakshinamurthy is a senior banking leader with over 28 years of
international experience across corporate banking, credit risk, and regulatory compliance.
He currently serves as the Regional Head for SBI’s UK Operations, overseeing
governance, strategic direction, and regulatory responsibilities for one of the Bank’s most
significant overseas regions.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across India, Europe, and the Middle
East, managing largescale corporate portfolios, strengthening risk frameworks, and driving
business growth. His prior roles include senior positions in SBI’s Corporate Accounts Group
in Mumbai and Chennai, leading midcorporate banking in South India, and overseeing
international banking operations in Belgium and Oman.
Mr. Venkateswaran holds an MBA in Banking & Finance and is a Certified Associate of the
Indian Institute of Bankers. He also possesses specialist certifications including CAMS,
Moody’s Commercial Credit, and executive leadership programmes from IIM Bangalore and
ISB Hyderabad.
Dr. Anand Kumar
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Anand Kumar has over three decades in international banking / insurance domain across
different geographies such as United Kingdom, India, Singapore and GCC (Gulf Cooperation
Council) countries. He is a Charted Fellow (Chartered FCSI) and presently on Boards of
Union Bank of India (UK) Ltd., First Microfinance Bank, Afghanistan and on the Board of
Association of Foreign Banks, London, UK. Prior to his Non-Executive Board assignments,
Dr. Kumar worked as Executive Director & Deputy Chief Executive with UBI (UK). Among
other assignments he has contributed in setting up Retail and Banking operations of ICICI
Bank in UK and spearheaded international business of ICICI Lombard General Insurance
Services (Company) UK covering India, GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and other
geographies as well. Subsequently he worked with Bank of Baroda UK as Head – Retail
Banking and advisor strategic initiatives. Earlier he had served ICICI bank in India as
Regional Head Chandigarh and Zonal Head Kolkata (Eastern Zone).
Mr. T Hari Krishnan
Managing Director
Mr. T Hari Krishnan has over 26 years of experience across Development Banking, Project
Finance/Infrastructure Finance, Policy matters, Financial Restructuring and Resolution of
Stressed Assets across several sectors. During his tenure at IIFCL, as a part of Project
Finance Department, he has been vast experience working in Project Finance Department
responsible for the appraisal, processing, and sanction of financial assistance for
infrastructure projects, including roads, ports, airports, railways, metro systems, and
Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs). He has also led Stressed Assets Resolution
Department and Human Resources Department in IIFCL. Earlier he worked for Industrial
Finance Corporation of India (IFCI) and ICICI Bank mainly in credit and NPAs domains. He
has the experience of handling financial assets across all stages of the loan life cycle. He is
an Engineer with MBA and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) with
distinction.
